A CSN filed on the ICEGATE portal or in other software, and accepted, can be amended from SCMTR — once SCMTR holds it. The quickest way in is an e-mail with the filing and ICEGATE's acceptance attached.
In this film
- Sending the CSN file you filed and ICEGATE's acceptance to check@scmtr.io, from the address you sign in with.
- The report: nothing customs would refuse, accepted with CSN 9000002 — and no filing in SCMTR answers to it, so it was filed somewhere else.
- "Keep this filing and its CSN here" opens Record a filing made elsewhere at its Review step, with both files already read. Nothing is saved, and nothing is sent to customs, until you press Record this filing.
- The recorded filing on your CSNs page: accepted, with its CSN and date, under a job number of SCMTR's own — and Amend this filing, for when the cargo details change.
