- ICEGATE error 700 "Error-Refile": what it means and what to do700 is ICEGATE's catch-all refusal: no field, no reason. All six 700s on record were accepted the same day when sent again. So check the signed CSN JSON free at scmtr.io/check, fix anything it flags, and send it again; it can keep its control number. - ACK says "Rejected" but every block shows 00 Successful and no error code. What do I do?No error code means ICEGATE stopped before checking the whole file, most often because a required block is missing. Check the signed CSN JSON (not the ACK) free at scmtr.io/check, then send it again once. If the same reply comes back, stop re-sending it unchanged and ask the ICEGATE helpdesk, quoting the uniqueId from the ACK.1 October 2026
