For shipping lines and their agents

Publish your CSN cut‑off once. Every forwarder sees the same time.

Send the advisory you already send your customers. Each vessel call gets one page — the cut-off, the time left, the VCN and rotation to copy — at a short link your customers pass around. Your next e-mail moves it for everyone holding that link.

Free for lines and forwarders. Put the address in To or Cc of the advisory you already send.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one you already do.

  1. E-mail your usual advisory

The poster, a PDF, or the details typed in the mail — to lines@scmtr.io, from your company address. Several calls in one mail is fine.

  2. We read it, and check it is yours

Your mail domain must have authenticated it (DKIM or DMARC). Our code reads exactly one date and one time from your printed cut-off, and customs’ own record of the call must not contradict it. Then it is live; anything unclear waits for one press from you.

  3. You get a short link to paste

Our reply carries each call’s link — scmtr.io/n/… — and your desk link. Forwarders get the countdown, the codes to copy, a calendar reminder and WhatsApp sharing.

Why lines publish here

Fewer “what’s the cut-off?” calls

Forwarders find the time and the codes without writing to your documentation desk — and the link answers the next person they forward it to.

Corrections that reach everyone

Extend or bring forward a cut-off with one more e-mail. The same link updates, the page says what moved, and calendars holding the event take the change.

CSNs in on time, fewer SAAs

A visible countdown and a reminder three hours before means fewer late CSNs — and fewer corrections after your SAM, which cost your team and your customers.

Trust and control

Only your line publishes as your line — and you can undo anything.

Nobody can sign up as your line. We verify your mail domains once, by hand, and publish only mail they authenticated. Everything a page says names who said it.

  • Verified domains only

Mail must pass DKIM or DMARC for your verified domain. SPF alone, a look-alike domain or a forwarded copy never publishes by itself.

  • Your advisory beside our reading

Each page shows your own file next to what we read, so anyone can check one against the other.

  • Every change on record

Each update is a version; the page says what moved and when. An older mail sent again never replaces a newer one.

  • Withdraw or correct at any time

From your desk link — no account — correct a value, confirm what waits, or take a call down with a note.

  • No names, no customers

The sender’s name and address are never shown. A notice addressed to one customer is never published by itself.

  • Estimates said as estimates

Where we show a call you have not sent, it says where it was read; a cut-off worked out from your published rule is marked Estimate.

Questions lines ask first

What if you misread our advisory?
A cut-off goes live by itself only when our code reads one date and one time from your printed text and the model’s reading agrees. Anything less — “EOD”, a range, a day with no time — waits for your one press. Your desk corrects any value, at once.
Can forwarders edit it?
No. Only your verified mail, your desk link, or our staff from your own advisory can change a call — and the page says which.
Do you show calls we have not sent?
Some, read from lists that ports and lines publish (JNPA’s berthing reports, your own published lists). They are marked as read from that list, never as your word, and your own advisory replaces them at the same link.
What does it cost?
Nothing, for lines or forwarders.
How do we stop?
Stop sending, or ask us. Withdraw any call from your desk; it then says so at its link.

Prefer a form? Open your line’s desk.

Drop an advisory or type a call, see what was read, publish — and correct or withdraw anything you published. We e-mail the link to your work address; it works for 30 days, no sign-in.

Your line not verified yet? E-mail one advisory to lines@scmtr.io from your company address: our team verifies your line and replies with your desk link.
