Will customs accept this file?
Drop a CSN, an ICEGATE ACK or a structural-failure reply. You get the verdict in plain words — what customs would reject, where in the filing, and how to fix it — before anyone asks you for anything.
Checked on our server, and the file is kept for two years, privately and under no account, to improve how SCMTR checks files — never sold or used to train AI, and deleted whenever you ask. Nothing is filed with customs or sent to ICEGATE. A shipping line filing (SAM / SDM) is read in your browser and kept the same way. How we handle files.
What signing in adds — free
1. Every problem, on its field
The whole list, each one a click away from the field it names in the filing laid out in full.
2. Fix it, then sign & upload
Open the CSN in the editor, correct it against the same rules, and sign & upload it to ICEGATE with your own DSC — or download the corrected JSON.
3. Customs’ answer, on the filing
Send it from SCMTR and customs’ answer comes back onto the filing: an acceptance read off ICEGATE’s public record by itself, a rejection’s ACK file, dropped on it, laid out error by error on its fields.
SCMTR is an independent filing platform, not affiliated with ICEGATE or CBIC. A clean check means the file meets the published field rules; customs can still reject on business grounds, which only its ACK reveals.
