A filer asked

ACK says "Rejected" but every block shows 00 Successful and no error code. What do I do?

The short answer

No error code means ICEGATE stopped before checking the whole file, most often because a required block is missing. Check the signed CSN JSON (not the ACK) free at scmtr.io/check, then send it again once. If the same reply comes back, stop re-sending it unchanged and ask the ICEGATE helpdesk, quoting the uniqueId from the ACK.

The full answer

When an acknowledgement says "Rejected" but every block shows 00 Successful and no error code, ICEGATE stopped before it checked the whole file. Look at the house bills in the reply: if each one shows only its bill number and date, with nothing under it, they were never checked. The 00 marks on the master bill are real passes; the house bills were not looked at.

ICEGATE's own explanation is that a required block is missing entirely: the acknowledgement only mirrors the blocks that were sent, so a missing block has nowhere to show its error.

What to do:

  1. Check the file you sent, not the ACK. Drop the signed CSN JSON on scmtr.io/check, free and with no sign-in. It runs every field and total check on every house bill. On a consolidation, make sure each house bill carries its own transport document, items, containers and route.
  2. Send it again, once. A refusal does not use the control number up. All seven refusals of this shape we had seen up to 1 October 2026 were accepted when sent again, five of them the same day.
  3. Same reply a second time? Stop re-sending it unchanged. A refusal that repeats is not a busy server; something in the file is the cause. Ask the ICEGATE helpdesk, quoting the tracking id (uniqueId) from the acknowledgement. In a similar case, that is how the real error codes came out.
