You do not need to open SCMTR to have a CSN or an ICEGATE acknowledgement checked. Send the files to check@scmtr.io and the full check comes back as a reply — with a button that opens both in SCMTR.
In this film
- Where the checking address is: your CSNs page, and Settings → Checking by e-mail.
- Sending: from the address you sign in with, with the .json files themselves attached — the CSN you filed and ICEGATE's acknowledgement for it, together.
- The report: the CSN checked on its own, then ICEGATE's reply read together with it, so each error names the value in your own file.
- Which of your filings the reply answers — and "filed somewhere else" when none does.
- What to do now, and a button that opens both files in SCMTR's checker. It works once, for 24 hours, and never records anything by itself.
- Another file? Send a new e-mail — a reply to a report goes to a person on our team.
