File a whole vessel's CSNs from one spreadsheet — check all, fix, sign in one sitting

A vessel's worth of CSNs at once: import the spreadsheet you already keep, check every CSN together, fix the one that needs it, and sign them all in one sitting.

In this film

  • Start a batch from the CSN filing page, with a spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) — one row per house bill per container
  • The columns matched by your own headers, each beside what your first row holds; change any it got wrong, and next week's sheet with the same headers comes back mapped
  • One CSN per master bill, each a draft you can open and fix like any other
  • Check all — the check Sign & upload runs, on every draft
  • The one held back: a container number whose check digit fails, a likely typo in the sheet. Fixed in the draft, checked again, released
  • Sign & upload for all of them: one confirmation names every CSN, then your DSC signs each in turn, paced so ICEGATE is not flooded
