Forward the master and house bills by e-mail, answer two questions, sign and send — to an accepted CSN

Got the master bill and the house bills as PDFs? Forward them to your SCMTR bills address and a draft CSN comes back — with only two or three questions that nobody but you can answer. Check it, sign it with your DSC, send it, and watch the status turn green when customs accepts.

In this film

  • Where your bills address is (Settings → Bills by e-mail), and what to send: the MBL and its HBLs as PDFs, from the address you sign in with.
  • The first reply, at once — and the second: only what the bills and your e-mail leave open. Here, where the boxes go (DPD or a CFS) and one consignee's code.
  • Answering on one page, with no sign-in, and the checklist that comes back by e-mail.
  • Approving it in SCMTR: the guided steps (assisted mode) when the bills fit them, and the full form when they do not — and how to switch.
  • Signing with your DSC, the confirmation before anything goes to ICEGATE, and what the filing page tells you next.
  • ICEGATE's acknowledgement dropped on the filing: Accepted, with the CSN number.
