Customs refused your CSN. Don't retype it: its page says what customs refused and which value cannot stand, and Refile sends a corrected copy as the next attempt under the same job.
In this film
- The rejected filing, kept exactly as it was sent
- What customs said — error 118, the combination of cargo type, movement, consolidation and prior declaration — with the four values quoted back out of your own file
- Which half of the pair is wrong: cargo cleared in India stays IM; cargo that only passes through to a foreign port is TR, and TR takes TC
- What customs never checked: it stops at the first failing record
- Refile: the corrected copy, what customs rejected marked on the block it names, the one value changed
- The checklist: nothing red left, one amber character typed plain — and Sign & upload as attempt 2, same job, new upload number
