Films · Customs’ record, tracking and sharing

BL tracking says one thing, your file says another — which is right?

Customs' record and the file you sent are two different questions. Drop the file on the tracking result and every bill in it is laid beside the record — and the checker's mail says what the record says, in the record's own words.

In this film

  • BL tracking shows nothing on record — said as what the record shows, not as what anyone did.
  • "Is this what you sent?": drop the CSN on the result and it is carried straight to the checker.
  • Check with customs: no filing by this PAN on the bill — only accepted filings are listed, so it may be in progress, refused, or under another port or bill number.
  • Email this file: the mail reads "not on customs' record yet" — never "not filed".
