After your CSN is accepted, the line files its SAM days later. If the two don't match, you usually find out from a phone call — or a rejection. SCMTR checks ICEGATE for your BLs on its own and tells you.

In this film

  • The bell: all your alerts in one place, newest on top
  • The line's SAM does not match your CSN: which detail, your value and theirs, while you can still amend (the e-mail says "Action needed")
  • "Check:" for a small difference; no mail for a difference customs allows; one mail per filing, not again and again
  • Your BL is not in the SAM and the vessel arrives in two days — and again when the BL comes in
  • When the line opens your link, uploads its file, or replies to you
  • Settings → Alerts: choose which alerts come by e-mail; webhooks for your own software
