Tell the line, the CFS and your customer — from the filing itself

Filing is not the end of the job. Once customs accepts your CSN, the shipping line, the CFS and the consignee's broker all have to be told. Send that message from the filing itself — the alert the trade recognises, with the CSN number and every bill's CIN, the declaration and the acknowledgement attached under ICEGATE's own names.

In this film

  • Email, from the filing: the submission alert with the CSN customs granted and one row per bill of lading with its CIN.
  • Paste addresses straight from your mail client — and a contact pasted without an address is flagged in red and blocks Send, rather than being silently dropped.
  • You are always in Cc, and replies come back to you.
  • Your note above the record, rendered as you type.
  • Both files attached under ICEGATE's names, and a link the recipient opens without an account.
