Nobody should type a shipper's or consignee's address twice.
In this film
- Your address book: every party of every filing your organisation sends is kept. Pick a shipper by name and the whole block fills — and never over anything you typed
- A new consignee: copy its block off the bill of lading, GSTIN and all, and paste it
- Every field is shown before anything is filled — lifted from the text or worked out from the GSTIN (the PAN, the state and its code), never guessed
- The notify party: same as the consignee, and it follows the consignee as you change it
