- Calls here come from published lists or customs’ record
Customs’ record lists these calls under a line agent that does not name one line — an agency acting for several lines, or an agent SCMTR.io has not yet tied to a line. Each call’s page has its customs VCN and rotation. The CSN cut-off is the line’s: ask whoever handles the ship which line it is and when that line wants the CSN. Customs’ own point for an import CSN is “before departure from the last port of call” (CBIC’s SCMTR table of who files what and when, and ICEGATE’s SCMTR FAQ).
20 calls on the board with no cut-off known
Indicative only — confirm the cut-off with the shipping line. SCMTR.io accepts no liability for a missed cut-off.
No line has published a CSN cut-off for these calls.
Customs’ rule is that the CSN is filed before the ship leaves its last foreign port for India — and no list says when that is. So: file as early as you can, and ask the line for its cut-off. A ship due within 3 days has probably left its last foreign port already — file now.
Hapag-Lloyd asks for CSN details, Emirates Shipping Line for house BLs and RCL for house-bill (HBL) data and CFS nominations at Nhava Sheva and Mundra — each at least 72 hours before that departure. (Maersk’s and CMA CGM’s calls read from a list with an arrival get an estimated cut-off from their published rules, and those are under Cut-off known; each call’s page gives its line’s own rule.)

Every CSN cut-off on SCMTR.io is indicative, for reference only. Each is copied from a shipping line’s advisory, read from a list a line or a port published, or estimated from a line’s published rule, and any of them may be out of date, misread or changed by the line without notice. The shipping line’s own advisory is the only authority: confirm the cut-off with your line before you rely on it. SCMTR.io accepts no responsibility or liability for a cut-off missed, a CSN filed late, or any charge, amendment or delay that follows.
